Write to notes@thecrmnetwork.com with what happened and where you were writing from. Include your name and role if you’re comfortable being credited; if not, say so and we’ll note it as anonymous.

Corrections to anything already published are just as welcome. If a detail in someone else’s note is wrong, tell us and we’ll follow up with them directly.
